Terms and Conditions

By engaging in a transaction with us, you acknowledge and accept the following terms:

1. Condition of Goods. All goods sold by 4K Luxxe are second-hand and pre-owned. While we make every effort to accurately describe the condition of each bag, please be aware that these bags are not brand new and may show signs of prior usage, aging, as well as wear and tear. We provide detailed photographs and descriptions to give you a clear understanding of the bag's condition. 

2. Description and Images. We strive to provide accurate and detailed descriptions of each item, including its brand, model, size, material, color and condition. The images used are of the actual goods being sold although variations may occur due to lighting and screen settings. Customers are advised to carefully inspect the item images and description before purchase. 

3. Pricing. All prices listed are in Philipine Peso and are subject to change without prior notice. We aim to provide competitive and fair pricing for our goods.

4. Shipping. The buyer is responsible for paying the shipping costs. Delivery services such as LBC, lalamove, grab, personal riders and other couriers will be used to transport goods to customers who have placed orders. 

5. Ownership. Upon purchase, the buyer assumes ownership of the goods. Any subsequent repairs, maintenance or modifications are the responsibility  of the buyer. 4K Luxxe is not liable for any damage incurred after the sale. 

6. Order Cancellation. Once an order is placed and payment is processed, it cannot be cancelled. Please ensure that you are certain about your purchase before proceeding. 

7. Modification of Terms. 4K Luxxe reserves the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately after posting on our website.
